MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE
Graystone Energy stands behind its work with a money-back guarantee. If after 5 years, you do not recoup all your money back, we will refund all costs minus any savings acquired. This guarantee applies to the services and products provided directly by Graystone Energy and does not affect any separate manufacturer warranties.
PRODUCT WARRANTIES

You agree to provide accurate information about your property and energy needs so that we can provide an appropriate assessment and quote. You are responsible for informing us of any known hazards, structural issues, or access restrictions at your property prior to service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
